The Porta-Vac is a 300-gallon concrete washout recovery system designed to remove water and concrete slurry from washout bins before they are picked up by a roll-off truck. By removing the liquid and slurry before transportation, the Porta-Vac helps prevent spills and makes it possible to safely move a washout bin without hauling excess liquid down the road.
The Porta-Vac mounts to the front of the bed on a roll-off truck, allowing the same truck already servicing your washout bins to also perform the pumping and recovery work. This eliminates the need to add a dedicated vacuum truck to your fleet just to service concrete washout, helping reduce equipment costs, truck time, fuel, maintenance, and the labor required to operate an additional vehicle.

With approximately 280 gallons of usable capacity, the Porta-Vac gives your roll-off truck the ability to pump out concrete washout slurry and water directly at the jobsite. Once the washout bin is ready for pickup, the material can be transferred into the Porta-Vac, leaving the bin ready to be transported without the concern of liquid spilling during removal or transit.
When it's time to empty the Porta-Vac, the 4-inch dump valve located on the lower side of the tank allows for quick and straightforward unloading.
Designed to fit standard outside-roller and tray-style roll-off beds, the Porta-Vac has a 36.5-inch-wide base for a secure, practical fit on your existing equipment.
