Concrete Washout Systems, Inc. Expands Its Presence Into The East Bay Market of California

Elk Grove, CA.-July 29, 2005 - Concrete Washout Systems, Inc., announced today that it has signed a new licensing agreement with its newest partner, Bay Area Washout Systems, who will begin distributing and servicing the Concrete Washout Systems (CWS) in Alameda and Contra Costa County markets of California.

Bay Area Washout Systems, a start-up company specifically formed to distribute and service the CWS, began servicing builders and contractors at the end of June 2005 within Alameda and Contra Costa Counties in California.  Mark Figone, an industry veteran in the California waste hauling industry, will be guiding the new company.

“I have been in the waste hauling industry for quite some time and believe this is one of the most innovative products both the building and waste hauling industries have seen,” stated Mark Figone, President of Bay Area Washout Systems, LLC.  “We will be able to provide the local construction industry not only a risk management solution but also a waste reduction solution by diverting and recycling all of the concrete waste from our landfills,” added Mr. Figone.

Licensed partners will own and operate a Concrete Washout Systems business in their designated region where they will be responsible for all aspects of the business.  Currently Concrete Washout Systems has licensed partners throughout most of California, Hawaii, Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada, Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona, Denver, Colorado and Southeast Florida and has recently signed license agreements for portions of Minnesota and Texas.

The patent pending CWS is a portable, self-contained and watertight bin that controls, captures and contains concrete washout material and wastewater.  It allows trade personnel to easily washout concrete trucks, pumps and equipment on site and facilitates easy off site recycling of the same concrete materials and wastewater, while protecting the storm drain system from potential illegal discharges. The off site recycling component creates an even more environmentally sound application. This risk management system replaces other outdated washout BMP’s, which are costly, unsightly and damaging to the environment since their containment value diminishes, due to inherently faulty material, over use and lack of maintenance.
