Concrete Washout Systems Inc., Elk Grove, Calif., has signed a licensing agreement with CWS Hawaii, which will begin distributing and servicing the Concrete Washout Systems (CWS) containers in Hawaii.  CWS Hawaii, a start-up company formed to distribute and service the Concrete Washout Systems containers, will begin servicing the entire state.
